October 18 — Costume Closet: Create, Swap + Shop!
AGES 6 TO 12
Step inside the costume closet! Young designers will discover how costumes help tell a character's story, mix and match pieces to create unexpected characters, and make a simple costume accessory of their own. Plus, bring clean, gently used costumes and accessories to our Costume Swap + Shop and find something new just in time for Halloween!
October 25 — This is Halloween!: Haunted Prop Design from the World of Tim Burton
AGES 6 TO 12
Enter a wonderfully weird world of crooked shapes, curious characters, and stage magic! Makers will explore the whimsical visual storytelling associated with Tim Burton's films and use everyday materials to design and build their own haunted theatrical prop. Strange, silly, ooky? Just in time for Halloween!

November 1 — Scene Stealers!: An Acting Workshop

A fun, focused acting workshop for performers ready to strengthen their skills and make bold choices onstage.
November 22 — Broadway on Parade! Macy's Thanksgiving Musical Theatre Workshop
AGES 6 TO 12
Big smiles, big choreography, and BIG Broadway energy! Inspired by the excitement of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, young performers will sing, dance, and learn how large musical-theatre ensemble numbers come together. Grab your dancing shoes and join us for a morning worthy of 34th Street!
November 29 — Holiday Makes: Christmas Props from Classic Movies
AGES 6 TO 12
Christmas movies are filled with unforgettable objects—and now it's your turn to make them! Young prop designers will use simple materials and plenty of imagination to recreate and reimagine props inspired by classic holiday films like "Elf" and "Merry Christmas Charlie Brown" while learning how theatrical props help bring a story to life.
DECEMBER
December 6 — Holiday Makes: Costumes from The Nutcracker
AGES 6 TO 12
Sugar Plums, toy soldiers, mischievous mice and sparkling snow! Step into the costume shop and discover how designers bring the magical characters of The Nutcracker to life. Young makers will design and create simple wearable costume pieces of their own—no sewing experience required!
December 13 — Holiday Makes: Home for the Holidays | Claymation Set Design
AGES 6 TO 12
Think tiny! Inspired by the handmade worlds of classic stop-motion Christmas specials, young designers will use clay, cardboard, paper, and found materials to create a miniature holiday set of their very own. Learn the basics of scenic design while building a little Christmas world ready for its close-up!
